What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship via courier using all the major freight companies and forwarders nationwide. We also ship via air where possible to ensure your goods are delivered in a timely manner.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No We only Supply in Australia.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We generally allow 1-3 working days. We can have goods delivered the same day into metro areas (Aus wide) and for anything urgent, we offer direct freight as well which can be quoted prior to dispatch. For any delays, we will keep you updated.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Eftpos, all major credit cards via our merchant facility and cheques. Yes it is. We adhere you to all the latest safety measures for online purchasing and we use SSL (Secure Sockets Lock) to encrypt any information that is sent out online to protect our clients when using their credit cards for purchasing.

How do I place an Order?
You can place an order online via our e-commerce website or we encourage you to give our friendly staff a call and place an order over the phone. We still enjoy good, old fashioned service. Feel free to to drop us an email too.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
It's best to call us or email us asap in the event of cancelling an order. If your order has been dispatched then please deny the goods when the courier arrives. If you wish to send goods back after you have received them, we will supply your with a return delivery address and you can return them at your cost. Restocking fees may apply from case to case.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order with or without an established account or you can contact us.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will provide you with a connote number once your order has been dispatched.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return your product via courier once we have supplied you with a return authorization (RA #) and a return address. Please do not send any goods back before speaking with us as we do not want any goods being shipped to the incorrect address and without a RA.
