The Toner Group warranties prove to your customers that you believe in the quality of your products.

The Toner Group Warranty Policy

As we are a trusted reseller of the products we supply, the warranty information and period is set by the manufacturer – not us. This is the case for both OEM and non-OEM products that you purchase from the Toner Group.

Restocking fee – A restocking fee of 15% (of cost of product including GST on your invoice) will apply for all products that are returned and can be resold. These items must also be returned within 30 days of invoice date and must be unopened and in original condition. No exceptions. We may use discretion for extenuating circumstances. All returns must be returned with a RA number so we can accurately identify the product. Failure to include an RA number (supplied by us) could mean your returned goods aren’t located and in some cases not refunded.

If you have a faulty product, do not throw it out. We require a batch number (located on a white label on the toner/ink body) which enables us to identify and potentially claim as a defective product. If you purchase a faulty product (once It’s classified as defective) from us, we will replace it free of charge.
