We ship using all major freight companies and forwarders across the country. Whenever possible, we also utilize air shipping to ensure timely delivery of your goods.

We generally estimate a delivery time of 1-3 working days. We can arrange same-day delivery for metro areas across Australia, and for urgent requests, we offer direct freight options that can be quoted prior to dispatch. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we only provide services within Australia.
What is the Expected Delivery Time?
We dispatch cartridge orders on the same day from our warehouses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth, provided the order is placed before 3 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Generally, deliveries to major cities take 1 to 2 days, while remote areas may take up to 5 days.

If you need to cancel an order, it's best to contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched, please refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. If you wish to return items after receiving them, we will provide you with a return address, and you can send them back at your own expense. Restocking fees may apply on a case-by-case basis.
You can return your product via courier once we provide you with a return authorization (RA #) and a return address. Please do not send any items back before consulting with us to avoid shipping to the wrong address and without an RA #. We replace all faulty products. Please contact us for assistance with returning the product.
